*Double or Treble their weight for carrying?
*How about cursed items "moving" when you try to pick them up? As in, you try to pick it up, but fail when hitting "h" or that the thing squirts a tile away.
*Or, not being able to remove them from your inventory w/o using uncurse all scroll.
*Get hungry faster if carrying multiple cursed items?
*Completely mis-ID the item? eg: you think it's a MG +2 but it's really a cursed SS +1.
*Break the mag glass upon using on cursed item.
eg you have 9 lockpicks and 1 cursed lockpicks ... 10% chance to use the cursed pick when you j ! same for bound items
I think that might shake things up.

Cursed item effect ideas: (since the items made by enchanting arent findable there is no chance of finding them cursed. Instead there should be a chance that if you craft one and your skill is not greater than 10 more than the % required to make it, it might be created cursed.)
magic magnifying glass: randomly unidentifies an item in your inventory
enchanted cheese: causes choking, decreases strength
burning wand and lightning rod: explodes on use, player and anyone nearby takes damage (IFH in 4 directions or a VOG accordingly) The player gets the bulk of the damage though.
cursed enchanted torch - same as regular cursed torch, except burns all equipped UA armor.
cursed magic sextant - gives wrong coordinates
cursed dust of dissapearance - makes you think you're invisible (your avatar looks invisible) but you're not.
cursed orbs of mana, health, power - take away from the attribute instead of adding to it.
cursed healing ward - heals the monsters instead of you
cursed burning ward - shoots you instead of the monsters
cursed clay figurine - summoned earth golem attacks you
cursed ring of regeneration - drains hp at the rate it would regenerate
cursed taming wand - weakens pet
cursed crystal golem - golem attacks you
cursed black potion - makes you think you're invisible but you're not
cursed khaki potion - has calming effect aka you can't build your rage meter.
cursed green potion - cures poision
cursed red potion - poisions
cursed orange potion - immunity to sleep effects
cursed yellow potion - causes damage, mega causes instant death or hp 1
cursed blue potion - drains mana, mega causes full mana depletion
cursed brown potion - speed set to 25 dex speed
cursed purple potion - decreases AS and damage
cursed scroll of unweld - unequips a random piece of armor/weapon
cursed scroll of identify - randomly unidentifies an item in your inventory
cursed raise pet scroll - small chance to lose pet permantely or ressed pet will attack you.
cursed repair scroll - adds wear to the weapon, small chance to break weapon.
That's all I got now, if i think of some later i'll post them.
