Searching for better int...

I'm looking for mostly anything better than the following:
~Small Sheild +19 int
~Chain Boots +21 int
~Ring + 22 int

I don't care if it's heavy or light armour, I just want anything better, but needs to be a bit better, Not going to buy a ring +23 for 1 more int, UNLESS you will accept my ring +22 as a trade offer, and take something else to make up for that one less + int..
