Running way to slow

It feels like everytime i come back to play the game runs slower. With 3-4 mobs its a 2-3 second delay on anything, im often standing inside mobs trying to attack them. 9+ mobs may as well be AFK, went from full health to dead just trying to spam recall because i knew the entire game was desynced. At least my ghost finalled recalled 100 times. I tried adjusting the options but i cant imagine what about this game could make it run like molasses but its clearly unplayable for me now.

What's your computer? OS? Connection?
Are you running multiple computers/services?
Are you running multiple apps on the computer?
Have you cleaned your computer/defrag/virus scans etc?

No viruses, no other programs besides Steam and Chrome which i closed. Just cant do my usual runs anymore, used to just sweep through them but now just getting too much aggro is a death trap, it happened before so i knew to just portal out immediatly and 15~20 seconds wasnt enough to get one action through. ASUS laptop, same thing i've played EUO for years on.

I started lagging real bad too. So I went for a walk as my back was tight from yesterday. I'll see if it has sped up. Seems windows had updates for something.
