Im sure it will be allowed, otherwise you wouldnt have a weapon to use LAUGHING OUT LOUD LIKE A MORON.

Ok so armor is out, jewelry is still allowed though right? (no tint, no + ofc)

The rules don't explicitly prohibit rings of regeneration or protection, do they? Should they?

Well its not a stat or plus per say, but the point of the rule is to use only mundane gear. So basically no stats, no def, no mr, no attack, and no special attributes like +mana/hp/regen.

They don't stack and if you don't think its too high then apparently you have never seen my play a pure alt utilizing one on PD. Sure I have more hp there but the upper tier fighters will regenerate a hell of a lot of hp and the quick monk stone form and shiz will make fights last potentially forever if the right people are playing.

Your tourney but I sure as hell ain't using it. I call that a definite "crutch" IMHO.

They're "+regen" same as the orbs are +whatever. I'd say ban them if you really want a pure skill tourney

(clarify: winners of the top three divisions will get 50 addy coins total, and the shirt. It doesnt stack with the "winners of every division" prize. That is for the lower divisions.)
