Probably you missed something, I was training enchanting on PD just few days ago, and I was able to make fire wards and lighting wands without any problems.
It's always funny until someone gets hurt. Then it's just hilarious.

The description of IJO states, "Damages spell using enemies." Maybe this should be more specific.

I think someone accidently removed the word "mana" from the end of the sentence. Added it back in...

There's a lot of egg's updates that could go into the manual... but too lazy to do atm.

Added Secure Trading commands to the Slash commands page.
Will probably add a small page under the Economy subheading in the manual.

Updated orbs and regen rings in Enchanting page - both now break upon death. Orbs no longer in shield slot.
Updated protection scroll effects. D

Does the additional protection from blinding, paralysis, etc only work from traps? Does it protect you from being blinded by monsters? Also heard it protects you from being wounded/barbed pvp but not sure if this is a bug. Can anyone confirm?

I just spent 3 hrs editing all the crafting pages - no shit, trust and believe, but know this:

I also made an advanced crafting page which explains the extra skill needed for crafting tints and +'s

My euo manual account can't be accessed. I'm locked out of it right now. I can't seem to find a login page. And you're quite welcome from my end. I can imagine going through the crafting pages was like walking through a hazzard zone.

Hey egg, as long as you're in this thread, think you could PM me the password to my manual account? It was saved in my old comp, and I didn't memorize it =\

Just wanna keep the manual up to date :P

Updated the cooking section of the manual. Basically just added info about monster corpses and roasting and charring.

Added a page in the manual on how to do basic monster modification using LUA scripting.

http://swut.net/euo/manual/index.php/Ru ... g_with_LUA

This is not a complete tutorial by far but maybe it's enough to get people started making simple scripts.

Thank you that clears some things up nicely. One of the examples looks like the xp setting is wrong.

m.xp_kill=700 -- This sets the experience gained when you kill the monster to 750

shouldn't it be m.xp_kill=750 ??

The example below it has the 700 value so I assume it was just a simple error since you had to type that whole section up.

I'm also wondering about mobs summoning particular monsters. Ie. Say a minotaur wants to summon another minotaur. Or a tree summons bats.

I read pretty qucikly so I'm not sure if it detailed on how to change the avatar of a mob to something else.

i.e Minotaur looks like a carrot or a bat or a townsman.

I have not made an account on the wiki yet (I've been meaning too). I just wanted to post some errors if anyone is up to fixing them (Rusty has fixed them, thanks Rusty)

http://swut.net/euo/manual/index.php/Item_Enchantments
This page has vigour listed as helping regen mana and HP. I've tested this with a single vigour +15 item, doesn't seem to help HP regen. Not sure if this needs to be confirmed with more vigour.

http://swut.net/euo/manual/index.php/Items
Under weapons the Rondel speed needs to be updated to 2.0 and Katar needs to say piercing and Neko De needs to say slashing (it's listed as the other way around).

There is a command listed that can change a monster's avatar. Look at the list near the bottom.

For monster summoning, you can always give the monster one of the normal summon spells (KX, KVX, KXC, etc) and it can summon that way. To do the other type of summoning takes some more work and I didn't want to get into stuff that complicated atm. Maybe I'll write a more advanced guide in the future that explains that and other things.

Added cooking link to the crafting sub-menu page. Now it should be even easier to find.
