Is there a way to unpoly?

Does equipment weight matter as much to a druid? I cant even remember what the weight does to normal mages.

Does skill in Staves affect croc damage?

3) hmmm well it would be skill in equipped weapon (staff or whatever) would affect the damage since it doesn't get unequipped

Doesn't heavy armor slow magic casting or something like that?

Do staves affect cast time still while you're xformed?

I dont think so about the heavy armor.

But the second, staffs for sure effect how fast you cast. Works exactly like a mage with sword vs staff.

Honestly i think with the current snake druild build if druidic regeneration didnt cancel in combat the class would feel just as good as any of the others.

The biggest problem is priests 'mani' is so stupidly effective and makes everything else obsolete to use. If you nerfed mani and made druidic restoration just a HoT for in combat, it would be up there with the more useful classes. They would make great healers and supports for groups as well. The utility they can bring is almost monk level good for protecting your allies not just yourself as monks do.

And i mean, thats fine but then all of the other mini heals for the classes like druidic restoration should be as useful so its not such a lopsided one way ticket to success haha

I agree that the regen needs to carry on into combat. That alone decreases the value of mani by poxy. Also without it its essentially a bandage with an animation.

Ideas for Combos

Zorn Entangle+ Special = Collapse> Mob has Hold for 5 seconds and more susceptible to criticals.

Moth= Groggy> Magic has a 25% chance to fail, AS cut in half for 3 seconds.

How is mani even calculated? What can we do to catch the other healing spells up?

I haven't gotten lightning to bounce in Hydra form.

Maybe stats should redistribute for Mothra forms and snake forms. Moth could be non glass Canon mage: 25/10/65. Snake could be fighter with a bit more in Indy for casting?

Utility spell: Rolling fog - creates a 4x4 area of transparent grey overlay. Any player or mob in the area has 25% chance of dodging any ranged or magic attack. Cuts the distance needed to hide from a mob in half.

So it says that Des Ort pairs well with Des An Por, which is the entangle spell. But entangle isn't it's own status effect, just AEP from range, meaning Des Ort would pair well with anything that caused AEP effect, right? So, if in croc form, I thunderclapped and immediately followed up with knockback, it would bleed all of them, right!? :twisted:

as long as they are paralysed/held, theoretically, yes. entangle is just ranged paralyse with a fancy gfx

This would still make the snake vog build viable and possibly even more OP with stat distribution giving them more hp especially them running off of max stat cap rather than a single stat. That is something to consider.

How about some additional utility spells

Flame/Frost/lightning blessing- acts like monk aspects but can be applied to others.

Chilling aura- constantly drains Mana to apply slow to nearby targets.

Let druids synergize with werewolf and Drake forms.

Werewolf -druid action is Ferocious Bite. 150% attack damage. 300%if below 20%health. Heals user if dealing killing blow.

Drake Form- Flame breath.
