Moving is always a pain and family comes first for sure. Once I get caught up at work I'll probably start focusing on working on maps again so I'm sure I could help build a section or two of Carnival Carnage. :)

Been so long I posted something about this map.
Well nothing new to tell you guys atm, but I have maped and notepad++ actually running and am looking at the code right at this moment - I am wondering where to start again.

Edit: have to learn lua from stretch again :/

thanks - well it will be slow progress for sure.

anyway, is there anything you guys would like to see, e.g. hybrid mobs from this thread?

In some of my earlier posts I said that the map will have minigames to win gold pieces. However, I think it would be better if these games will trigger some event, e.g. mobs or special bosses get spawned.

I always liked 90% of the hybrid mobs you put together, they're all pretty legit. The screenshot you posted reminds of Super Mario 3 where everything was large, very cool!

Thanks guys.
I just had another idea for the lightning storm that deals with monster transformation.
Guess I should make myself a roadmap and finish the points one by one instead of starting different thingsand adding stuff at random...

As for putting up these videos - sure they contain spoilers, so be warned before you click them =p . However, I feel like documenting my progress on the map for two reasons. First, I dunno if I get this done any time soon (ToLS took several years. Granted, the vampire maps took only mere months) or ever at all. Second, the feedback I get from you guys keeps me motivated - thanks everyone!

Edit: I am doing good progress on the whack-a-mole game! Though I fear it will not be resource friendly.
Edit2: any suggestions as to the stuff that shall be whacked ?
