Also, scaling for vamp could use some tweaking. On PD there is literally no reason to use vamp since almost everyone is partially a priest just enough to use mani. It would be cool to see some fighter or rogue monks, instead of priests.

This is coming from a PD fighters perspective. For the vast majority of fighters there is no reason to not go half orc and to use maces.
