I would make the forest area a bit more random. It looks too man made currently. I noticed you stated there was a camp, which would explain why there might be "paths". But I don't think humanoids would make a bunch of random paths to no where.

Old PvP should be implemented if you can acquire player ears or whatever.

I think being able to create uncommon and rare items with crafting would be pretty nifty. Almost like crafting greens/blues on WoW.

This is a crazy idea, but how about a subscription-only server that has increased xp rate/increased level cap and higher drop chances? Buying coins is great and all, but there is only so much we can get. A subscription would also encourage people to play that don't on much anymore, they're going to...
