have you tried just restarting your computer? :\ usually works for me, otherwise reinstall like said above.

maybe give all other races the +10% xp, and then give humans dual classing right from beginning? both +10% xp and dual classing seems a little too much, everyone would be a human again. dual classing is pretty cool when someone can make it work out, plus its something for characters made before race...
