magic gold tooth, magic bone skull (both were from one of Rusty's DM events)
venomous long sword INH (traded for it couple years ago, probably also DM event item)
rings/amulets enchanted with spells
+ str/dex/int weapons
topaz of charm
zircon of paralysis
topaz of blindness
zircon of charm
zircon of blindness
zircon of sleep
onyx of charm
onyx of blindness
onyx of sleep
topaz of sleep
onyx of paralysis
zircon of confusion

From interesting things, once I had diamond cleaver EU, but after patch introducing IJO weapons, it turned into cleaver IJO, which is not so rare nowadays. Probably there are more weapons with weird enchants (I remember someone having IFH enchanted rondel).
It's always funny until someone gets hurt. Then it's just hilarious.

- Updated with pvp belts.
- Sorted the list slightly for 'easier' referencing.

Here is something to add...

Ring of Blindness. As far as I know, I'm the only one who has one. It dropped off of one of the super bosses that Tyler use to spawn back in the day.

Added:
  • wonderous egg
  • ring of blindness
  • any armour [non-artifact] (crystal / crystalhide / silk) [ +VIG / +NV / +MR / +STR / +DEX / +INT]
I might have a look a some player houses and see if I can spot more items to add to the list soon. In the meantime, please keep submitting rare items. Thanks.

Isn't wonderous egg an item from a quest?
"When life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade. Make life take the lemons back! Get mad! I don't want your damn lemons, what am I supposed to do with these? Demand to see life's manager! Make life rue the day it thought it could give Cave Johnson lemons! Do you know who I am? I'm the man who's gonna burn your house down! With the lemons! I'm gonna get my engineers to invent a combustible lemon that burns your house down!"

The quest reward is a magic wonderous egg, while the wonderous egg is from the 10th anniversary event (I think).

Added a crystal flower. I had toally forgotten about that one - I know there are a few around. However, I'm not sure if it is a crystal tinted flower or an item called a crystal flower with no tint (I'm assuming the former for now). I'm also unsure about its origins.

I have an iron key (cut=71) non soul bound, so I assume it's not a quest key. not sure though. I just saw it and thought I'd post it.

dbl post...

I traded Keighn a "vampyric glaive +34" on PD. it's displayed in his house in Dulwich, at 22' 26".

Also in Keighns house......... at 19' 20" in Dulwich (on PD), there are 9 "thorium" coins. never heard/seen those. Don't know if that counts as rare or not. they may not be, and I just haven't seen them, heard of them, or ever used them. lmao.

and in the same house, of Keighn's, on PD, in Dulwich................................20' 20" has a zinc tomahawk. which I thought I had one, and I guess I traded it to him too. haha. so there's a few more items to add to the list.

There is also a quill of intelligence + 183 that was given to me a long time ago.

I don't have it anymore, probably just gave it to a friend since I don't like items that don't serve a purpose (collectors items mostly).

I thought the absolute highest "+" in the game was +126. :O

if that did/does exist, it's an amazing piece of artwork. :D
