Change Goldhide tint on "Light Sets" in Glass coin merchants to Boiled, as gold negates stealth for rogues and they're the only class that really uses light armour.

Scrap XP loss for summons. Make it so summoning a monster infront of a mob has a 1/4 chance of taunting that mob silently. (IE 1/4 chance that it targets the summoner.) Additionally make it so mobs with summoning spells or over a certain INT have a chance to target the summons owner.

More montly events ala 2x xp weekend.
2x Bosses weekend
Some sort of 10x or whatever spawn rate for Kraken/Giant Crab (and possibly more mega bosses like them) weekend
Faster instance cooldown weekend.
Extra gold weekend?
Etc, etc. Figure some of this could theoretically be automated like the double xp weekend is?

That's not bad IMHO. Lots of people are weekend warriors so...
1st weekend - x2 xp weekend
2nd weekend - 2x2 boss increase + higher gold drop rates
3rd weekend - shadow beast increase + fast instance reset
4th weekend - mega mob population increase (x2-4 the amount of mobs everywhere) + faster kraken/crab spawn

3rd weekend - 1/15 boss rate (slightly more than NG, about double from reg/PD)
Increasing the boss rate would get even the capped players playing again for that sweet loot.
I think a daily cartography quest with decent rewards would be awesome.

I don't recall too much about past holidays or game anniversaries but something tells me that if you logged on at least once on an alt or account that delivery bot would have the item for you waiting.

Another vote for 2x as many bosses weekend.
Maybe throw in a weekend of "crafting" bonuses i.e. double exp for the skill and chance of making an extra item when crafting something ?
Cooldown weekend seems interesting too, maybe do double rage one also.
Augmented weaponry:
A Skill or magic effect that adds AR and/or Damage to a weapon but takes Mana to use. Would be able to turn it on/off as needed.
Example a Longsword +3 with a +1 augment has +1AR/damage and takes 1 mana per swing. Could also add venom,barb etc... with a much more cost in mana per swing.
This could make leech weapons much more useful and also give mages some melee capability and help monks/warlocks that raise Int a lot to make the mana pool worth raising.

Weapon specials could be inclusive for multi-classers regardless of weapon type in hand if skill is over 90% in both, ie "equip machete, have 100% shortswords and axes, can cast cleave". Same with shield bash.

I dunno man. I agree with Mackey via Shield Bash being useful to other classes if they have 50 block. That would kind of help open up some cool builds with multi-class.

I've been thinking of gargantua land and 2x2 terrain tiles..... stupid? I dunno... been thinking of it for a bit though. Same with miniatures if euo gfx was upgraded to 64x64 for everything. At last chickens would be small, man could be man, and dragons could be big without the 2x2 (which would be gargantuan megaliths)...

1st weekend: 2x xp reg
2nd weekend: 2x bosses reg
3rd weekend: 1.5x xp PD
4th weekend: 2x bosses PD
so now, every weekend (except unlucky 5th weekend, which occur every few months) there is a bonus ... and I thought to stagger them across pd and reg so you don't have to choose between server

NG gets screwed again... heh just kidding, they have no need for extra XP and they already have increased boss rates. The weekends look great and it will encourage people to play both servers instead of having to choose between the two on double xp weekends.

A lot of the artifacts could use tinkering. The "+7 AS +20 STAT" is kinda vanilla. Take Triple Crossbow for instance: Could increase weapon speed along along with +7 AS. Some weapons could have natural tint (bleeding perhaps) on vanilla artifact AND tinted artifact, ie Bushmaster has natural barbed-like tint, can drop as tinted vampyric or blackrock.
Just an idea. After playing with even the tinted artifacts on PVP, they still seem somewhat boring considering their rarity against Tinted Enchants and all.

The new weekend bonuses look great, Thanks Egg !
Currently we can Deconstruct things that are way outside the normal crafting skills range. Could a new skill(s) be added such as "Advanced Crafting" Skills to allow us to make things with all the higher end ingots/logs/leather/cloth we have ? I am not looking for us to make the high end things from scratch, ONLY allow things made with the high + items we currently get. The new skill would of course require the normal skill to be at 100.

Actually it was me playing NG last night: epic cassandra, that led me to fixing 'epic goblins not attacking'

Hmm the idea of unique abilities on artifacts is a good one.
Just of the top of my head here are a few suggestions:
Triple Xbow = slower atk speed then normal xbow but fires 3 arrows
Frenzy armor = Each piece equipped gives +5% rage gain.
Old bandage = chance to cast VM with each attack
Chopper = chance to bleed
War Staff = extra melee damage
Bushmaster = faster atk speed on it
Ironfist armor = more damage with Fists only
Kazadum cleaver = extra damage vs trolls gobs orcs etc...
Facewound = chance to blind
Bonecrusher = chance to slow
Noble foil = increase disarm/parry chance
Grim reaper = extra damage versus deamons/balrons
Vorpal blade = Very Small chance to insta kill (non pvp ofc)
Shardcrystal = maybe proc a increases MR for a short time
Amulet of sacrifices = maybe more damage or AS with loss of the other
Hoe of Destruction = small chance to make that exploding fireball thing
Bent leg = maybe increased movement speed ?
Just a throwout of possibilities as I have no idea what can/can't be coded. But giving artifacts a true unique ability set would greatly improve there desire across all the servers.
