On this old notepad of paper I write on from time to time I wished I would have offered that suggestion years ago. Let's see if I can remember it:
macros as I recall:

/setg (0-9) "macro message" [sets up a quick chat macro ie. RUN!!]
/clearg (0-9 or all) clears those macros
/gc (0-9) pumps out the macro you choose (although seem like alt c # might work also)

g - global
t - trade
pm - private chate
p - party etc..

/me (0-9) to use a set action you want to annoy someone with
/setme (0-9)

while chatting or doing this shift +/- moves over or back a letter ctrl +/- goes to beginning or end of writing

/setlookme - sets up a short description when someone looks at you. (see see a very fugly dude etc)

I don 't have the notepad with me so I can't recall what I actually wrote.

"Great" chest at the end of maps or mini bosses... chance to drop above average stuff... and/or some rare goodies? (ex. tinted mount, 1-5 addy coins, different color tint for weapons.. you get the point) ;)

Directional ranged special called "Power shot" which can be shot in one straight line direction for 7 tiles and hits all enemies in direct path for 'x' amount of dmg and maybe damages enemies who are one tile outside the main straight line shot for 1/3 of 'x' amount of dmg.

That'd be old og which was pretty cool. Current og is a 1 target wonder these days isn't it?

Option to turn off the spell/ ability messages in chat.
Egg chopped off his arm to get rid of a rash, but its okay.. it'll grow back! He's a crab. Trist is my Fav TrollFace!!

next update has that already done - they don't show if combat messages are off

That would be a good special, though you may want to cut back the range to 4 and remove the ability to hit mobs to the side lest it be overpowered. Classic OG was pretty awesome though.

Body/Mind/Soul sigils that effect spells or weapon types maybe ? Also will Mithril weapons ever be on the table for Dwarves ? I wish Dwarves had some kind of bonus with Axes/Hammers but a penalty in things like polearms and such.

The whole 'stat bonus for drinks' is kind of pointless since it gives the impression of flexibility, but so many races are just so good for certain classes and Dwarves are just Warriors, the HP bonus gets better with STR and Mithril is plate only. Wish they got the Heavy Armor thing that Orcs get or maybe higher than 100% cap in certain weapons.

The higher than 100% weapon skill caps on certain races really don't make all that much of a difference (or else you'd see a bunch more shadowfolk running around)

Dwarves are pretty good as it is (being the only ones who get the extra MR bonus from mithril). The stat bonuses from drinking are all for the most part useful for the race (str and dex applications should be obvious for fighter classes) and although a dwarf isn't a great choice for a mage, priests still make use of the int stat, if only for the extra mana. There are a few races that need work IMO, but dwarves still seem like a great choice for certain classes.

well of course dwarves are obviously the BEST race, because they are dwarves. I dont think i'd see a bunch more shadowfolk running around if the bonus was better (get it? HAHAHA!) Only problem i have with mithril so far is that since it doesnt drop, i cannot deconstruct it so i cant produce anything but totally basic armor, i dont know of any other way than WoT to fix that, unless i can substitute Blackrock ingots maybe? But i didnt really wanna change that. Remember that it can only be STR or DEX, cant have both bonuses at once :(.

Honestly maybe just remove the movement penalty for walking over mountain terrain :P Just throwing out common dwarven qualities

Maybe add 5% bonus to stealth for each wall, or perhaps lower the distance you have to be from a monster to hide to 3?

# Environmental/Weather-effects:
1) Lightning on continent maps.
2) Volcano eruptions on continent maps.
3) draw shoreline/river tiles over lava tiles depending on the surrounding tiles or add a (thick) "shadow" on the edges of lava tiles if the adjacent tile is not a lava tile.
