Well, I don't have the book per se... but I'm cooking anyways:

Trying to make a pinapple sauce glazed ham
Cheesy potatoes au gratin (suprisingly easy once you get a mandolin.. er potatoe slicer)
Sugared Yams (maybe with marshmallows but I only have the garganguan jumbo ones for smores)
Stove top stuffing (gee that's hard... NOT)
Canned cranberries (yeah i like that shit)
Bush's Baked Beans.

I prolly need a green vegetable so eh.. broccoli.
