For Reg I play McDeath. Just take a look at the armoury and you'll see my list of alts. Sorry Doc for the extra post.

Re: The Stygian Pirate Trade (Spring 2010)
Hey, guys. My laptop's broken to shit right now. I'm going to try and get it fixed either today or tomorrow. I don't know how long that'll take, though.
Sorry, but I may be inactive for a while

Re: The Stygian Pirate Trade (Spring 2010)
Hey, Doc. The private forums (and Devlin's main site, apparently) appears to be down.
Guess we'll have to use these in the meantime?

Hmmmm... I'll check on that. Push comes to shove I might go ahead and set up a private forum in a hidden spot on my own website.Ozimandias wrote:Hey, Doc. The private forums (and Devlin's main site, apparently) appears to be down.

Re: The Stygian Pirate Trade (Spring 2010)
I just chatted with Devlin... the server is being upgraded over the weekend. The forums will be back up in a few days. Thanks for the heads up!

Re: The Stygian Pirate Trade (Spring 2010)
It'd be helpful if you posted what times you are normally on and what days.
As I've noted before, the request to join has already been brought to Rude's attention (I meant to post on the euo forums wouldn't hurt). Also, only Devlin and Dr Rude (?) can allow people to register on the private forums - though for a bit they'll be offline.
EDIT/PS: I'm also known as wingate on the game

First and foremost Roopert, greetings and welcome.Roopert wrote:Well, I dont have set days that Im online, just most days Im online - Usually around this time or later. And, like you, most of us don't have set times that we're online. The crew ranges in age from high school to old geezers like me who have day jobs and all kinds of other un-fun crap.
I got the notification about 'Baccus' attempting to register with the SPT forum. I purposely didn't activate the account for a few reasons: at times the forum gets waves of attacks from spambots trying to trick their way in, plus I had no idea who you were or what you wanted. Usually people become part of SPT first and then gets access to the forum.
From here, I'll keep an eye out for your ingame so we can talk more. See ya then.

Re: The Stygian Pirate Trade (Spring 2010)
My apologies for not being as active as I semi-promised during return from long very long absence. Just got back on yesterday.
My excuse this time is my irrelevant distractio- I mean me being traumatized about SOPA not getting axed soon enough. I fucking hate SOPA and hope corrupted "world-wide effect" laws like that stay dead, therefore I'm still a good clanner.
Short and more honest version: I'm back and I apologize for this shorter yet inexcusable inactivity. Long live IRL stuff, games, clans, and of course my fellow SPT'ers and the entire EUO community.
Oh, and Ding Dong, SOPA's (still) DEAD!
Oh, and that honest version isn't as short as I thought it would be. Oh well, it was honest till I long-winded that shit without editing.

S'all good... matter of fact, I'll take this opportunity to drop a public service reminder for any stray SPT members to register with the private forums:Ozimandias wrote:My apologies for not being as active as I semi-promised during return from long very long absence. Just got back on yesterday.

Re: The Stygian Pirate Trade (Spring 2010)
Hey folks, it's your probably-evil SPTforum host//admin
I'm pretty sure some of you guys have noticed the hairy stability of the forum as of late - It's all been sorted now (as far as I know) and should be pretty stable now
*For the Record*
I no longer activate or deal with user accounts on the SPTforums - since I don't play EUO more often than a few hours every year, I leave it all in the very capable hands of DrRude, who's radar senses detect my website failing before I do >.<
And, if the site DOES go down, all my IM details are up to date now, so email me or let me know something is broken, and 90% of the time i'll sort it out as soon as I receive the message
