Didn't see an RFC PVP thread so figured I'd start a discussion.
DEF/MR - Divide target's MR/DEF by attackers AS/INT, divide by 100. That % is amount of true damage target takes before modifyers. Minimum 20% true damage, no matter the % calculated, ie: True damage would be 100, but MR/DEF of target is higher than attackers AS/INT; Attacker still does the minimum damage, 20 dmg.
Greater Power Word Pain - Enable and nerf for pvp. Maybe ranged spell instead of AOE?
AEP - Needs work. Close range makes mages unstoppable, useless against ranged. Maybe nerf duration, make ranged, possibly give fail chance like sleep wind? Could be made more interesting, especially if above MR/INT changes are implemented in some form. Mages really need work though.
