I clued some avatars on top of some daemons, etc.

However, I think the result would look better if the background sprites only had the wing animation. Totally love beth with a phoenix in the background - miss u <3

Wow all of those look pretty nice. I'd love to add some wings to my phantom avatar. Or a spell/scroll/item that adds the wings to denote that you will come back to life with a set amount of health if you die.

centaurs that use ranged weapons, walk in packs, and use healing like that of bandages.

Definitely give them charge also for lancers.

On a separate note i am surprised nixies werent divided. One as a spell user and one who throws javelins (they originally threw shit).

I love the weekly giving skins to the water mobs. Flame throwing squids HAH!

Here is a hack to spawn headless goblins, gnomes and dwarfs.

0x4420MMM with MMM = mob code.

0x420 is the lightsource item, hence the upper half of the avatar will be invisible ( and no, the avatar will not behave like a lightsource)

Got some more monsters using the u1 lich:

From top to bottom is an iron golem, an ice orc, a mongbat and a bat.
I think the iron golem looks best. I don't like the frame on the ice orc where you can see its ears.

A thought occurred to me about a colored u4 Lich over a goblin for that tribal Pygmy that maybe breathes fire (oooh d2). Hukka hukka...

thought about how neat vampires would look with gangling fingers and glowy eyes
just a neat little variant, I have undead on my mind as I make my map

I haven't tested it ingame but I saved it as a 32-bit png with paint.net, attached is an image of the harsh magentas FF00FF color code, so it should work okay?

lamia/mermaid made from the succubus and white dragon sprites

the bottom two rows are some middle steps I figured it would be worth while to keep for myself and others to maybe use?

I changed the hair color to a blue color because I wanted the bottom half to be dyable but thought the black hair would then just be a darker shade of the chosen color?
